The story of a contrary and stubborn little donkey who saves a train from falling into the creek.

Hardcover children's book measuring 6 5/8 x 8 1/4 inches with approximately 20 pages. Color illustrations throughout.

Condition is very good with light wear and light soiling to covers. Interior is very good with no marks or tears to pages, and some age toning around the page edges.  There is also a small black ink spot inside the front cover.

Very cute story.

Condition is very good with some age toning around the edges of the cover, a small tear to the top of the fold out map, and a small edge tear to the page the map is attached to.

Remarkably wonderful condition for being 90 years old!

Vintage original lot of 3 needlework catalogs and 1 fold out brochure.

1) Fold out brochure dated Fall and Winter Seasons 1942.  Measures 7 1/2 x 9 3/4 inches.  Folds out to 22 inches wide.  Great graphics which indlude WWII themed toys on the cover, embroidery working charts in the center, and Dobby cloth scarfs, card table covers and chair sets on the back.  Good condition with a few small splits along the fold and crease to lower right front corner.

2) Vogart Needlework Catalog dated Spring and Summer 1938.  Available at S.S. Kresge Co. Measures 7 x 10 1/8 inches.  Folds open to measure 14 x 20 inches.  Which makes it 8 pages in total.  Very good condition with wonderful graphics.

3) Wonder Art Needlework Catalog dated Fall 1939.  Sold at Scott Stores. Stamped pieces to stitch, stamped aprons, rugs, etc.  Measures 7 3/4 x 8 7/8 with 16 pages. Condition is very good with wonderful illustrations throughout.

4) Wonder Art Needlework Catalog dated Fall Season 1942.  Items sold at S.S. Kresge Stores.  Measures 7 7/8 x 9 inches, with 16 pages.  Potholders, scarfs, aprons, tablecloths, etc.  Very good condition with some patriotic graphics.

You will receive all four items shown.

Lot of 2 vintage softcover children's books. 

Rumpelstiltzkin, copyright circa 1940 by The Saalfield Publishing Co. This is a softcover, linen like book, that measures 7 1/8 inches wide x 8 1/4 inches tall.  Twelve pages including front and back covers.  Fair condition with some small tears along the page edges, and spine.  And some creased page corners.

The Three Little Pigs, copyright 1940 by The Saalfield Publishing Co. This is a softcover, linen like book, that measures 7 1/8 inches wide x 8 1/4 inches tall.  Twelve pages including front and back covers. Condition is poor for this book with some large tears.

These books would be super cute just to read, or use the pages for artwork!
