Vintage original 1950s Advance Sewing pattern 8217.  In three versions.  Men's Pajamas in long or short sleeve top and shorts or pant bottoms.

(V1) Traditional top has Convertible collar with pocket at left side.  Set-in sleeves finished with applied sleeve band.  Long trousers have draw string or Gripper snap closing.  (V2) Cardigan top. Banding outlines the front closing.  Long trousers.  (V3) Slip on pajama top V-neckline band finish.
 
Pattern pieces have been counted.  Pattern is complete with instructions.  Wear to envelope.

Vintage Original Advance Misses' Pajamas Sewing pattern.

The classic look in pajamas: Pajama top has released tuck from shoulder for softness. Convertible collar ... patch pockets. Long trousers, pointed yoke front, elastic casing for back waist. (V1) Long sleeves. (V2) Short sleeves. Contrast collar, pocket, trousers. (V3) Short sleeves. Left side button closing in trousers.

Vintage Original Simplicity Boys and Teen Boys Pajama Sewing pattern in two lengths.

The pajama top has front button closing, set in sleeves and patch pocket.  V. 1 & 2 have notched collar.  V. 1 & 3 have long sleeves.  V. 2 & 4 have short sleeves.  Collarless V. 3 & 4 with V shaped neckline have top stitching trim.  The long pants V. 1 & 3 and the short pants V. 2 & 4 with elastic waistline casing have fly front closing with snap fasteners.
