Postcard

This lovely original 1900's paper Greeting postcard features pink clover, green clover, a lucky horseshoe and a four leaf clover.

Card reads:
When You're feeling rather blue,
How good it seems to get
A LETTER
I know that when I hear from you,
I always feel a great deal better.

Card is written on in pencil and has a one cent stamp. Addressed to Miss Mildred Jorn at Verdon, Nebraska.

Condition is good with light edge and corner wear, and light creases near three of the corners.

This pretty original 1900s paper Greeting postcard features a spray of golden yellow sunflowers and a red butterfly. Has a poem on the left side the "Language of Flowers" by C. Preston Wynne.

Some of the letters in the poem didn't fully print on the card so it is somewhat hard to make out a few of the letters.

Card is written on in pencil and has a one cent stamp. 1909 Daykin, Nebraska postmark. Addressed to Miss Lena Milius at Helvey, Nebraska.

Condition is good with edge and corner wear, crease upper right corner.

Vintage original 1908 Christmas Postcard featuring Santa in his sleigh being pulled by reindeer. Card is hand tinted and embossed.

Reads: A Merry Christmas.

Card is used with one cent stamp and 1908 Bowmanstown, Pennsylvania postmark.

Condition is good with some soiling.

Wonderful vintage Leap Year postcard dating to 1908. Shows a ma and pa helping their daughter capture a man.

Reads: "The end of the Chase" in 1908.

Leap Year Series. Card number 1070.

Card is used with 1908 Hanover, Kansas postmark and green Franklin one cent stamp. 

Addressed to Miss Sophia Bartels at Bremen, Kansas.

Measures 5.5 x 3.5 inches.

Condition is used with edge and corner wear, crease to center right edge, upper left corner and near lower left corner.  Also has album impressions at each corner.

This wonderful vintage Leap Year postcard dates to 1908. Shows two women, one holding a dog on a leash, the other with a man captured in a hunting bag.

Reads: "Where did you catch him, Mag?"
