Vintage original 1910s World War One military Postcard. "Scenes in Belgium after the Battle of Haelen." Card number 5. Copyright by International News Service, N.Y. W.C.A. Series 145.

Back reads: Scenes in Belgium after the Battle of Haelen. Having driven the Germans back at Haelen, the brave Belgian infantry takes a well earned rest.

Card is unused. Condition is good with edge and corner wear, two creases near upper right corner and album mount marks at corners.

Card is used with 1912 Clay Center postmark. Mailed to Leavenworth, Kansas.

Condition is very good with edge, corner wear and tiny crease upper left corner.

Vintage RPPC Real Photo Postcard showing the Fairbury Hospital at Fairbury, Nebraska.  Card number 727.  Published by M. L. Zercher Book and Stationary Company at Topeka, Kansas. 

Card is used with 1912 Fairbury, Nebraska cancellation and one cent stamp.  Mailed to Mrs. W. H. Cassity at Darlington, Missouri.

Condition is very good with slight corner wear.  Fantastic clear photo!

Vintage 1918 USDA Soil Survey Fillmore County, Nebraska. 

Book measures about 6 x 9 inches with 24 pages and large fold out color map at the back.  Map is attached to the inside back cover.

Good condition with name written on cover in pencil and some small tears or dog eared page corners.  Fold out map also has some small tears around the edges and some splits along the fold lines.

Vintage 1920s Birthday Greeting Card. Art Deco style featuring a spray of pink, white, blue and yellow flowers in a black vase. And a silver foil border.

Reads: Birthday Greetings Brother.  Hearty greetings to you, Brother and the best of wishes, too, May good health, good luck, good pleasure, Every day accompany You!

Card measures 5.5 inches wide x 4.5 inches tall.  It is a lighter weight card stock and is embossed.  Card does not open. 

Condition is very good.

Antique original 1920s Christmas Greetings Postcard. Art Deco motif featuring lit candles, ornaments and greenery. Reads, "Continual Christmas Joy. A Christmas full of cheer and gladness, A Year that knows no pang of sadness, A life where always skies are blue, Is my season's wish for you."

Card number 1115 Christmas Series. Card is used with correspondence written in ink. 1927 cancellation and two cent stamp.

Condition is very good with some edge and corner wear and light soiling.

Vintage and original 1920s Art Deco Valentine Greeting Card. Card front is embossed and features a little girl holding a bouquet of flowers. Orange hearts at the upper left and right corners, with an arrow shot through.

Front reads: To My Valentine

Card opens to reveal a verse.

Inside reads: I hope you have not promised To be someone else's valentine, For you see I've just been hoping, That this year you would be mine

Card measures 3.25 inches x 2.5 inches when closed. Condition is very good with pencil writing on back.

This is an original men's fashion illustration from M. Born & Company, Fall & Winter 1924 - 25 catalog.  From "The Oldest and Largest Wholesale Tailors in the World.". 

Heavy card stock weight paper.

Page measures about 12 1/4 inches wide  x 15 3/4 inches tall.

Back of page has glue residue from where fabric samples were removed.

Page has foxing around the borders and on the image.  Edges of border were not cut evenly when removed from the catalog.

This fashion illustration would look wonderful framed!

Vintage original 1924 University of Nebraska Graduation Commencement Program. Leather booklet with leather lace binding.  Onion paper at the front and back of the book with a spider web pattern. Commencement date was June 7, 1924.

Contains a list of class officers, committees and list of graduates by degree.

Program measures about 4.5 x 6 inches and has 22 single sided pages.

Condition is very good for the booklet.  Comes with original envelope, which is in poor condition.

The Citizen.

Vintage original 1925 Yearbook for The Citizens’ Military Training Camp at Fort Des Moines, Iowa.

This is a hardcover book measuring about 8 x 10.75 inches with 109 yearbook pages and an additional 19 pages of advertising.

Condition is used with general overall wear. Binding is tight.

There is some age toning to the pages and a few pages with pencil scribbles.

The Black and Gold

Vintage original 1926 Yearbook for the Fremont, Nebraska high school.

This is a softcover book measuring 8 x 10.75 inches with 150 pages.

Condition is used with general overall wear . No marks or tears to pages, there is some age toning to the pages. 

Interesting look at life in the 20s.
